She is survived by her mother: Dianna Sims of Taylorville; father: Wes Huddlestun of Lincoln; sons: Christopher Erwin (Nikki) and TJ Forrest (Rachel) both of Taylorville; daughter: Tisha Sheppard (Tyler) of Taylorville; grandchildren: Kaylee Campbell, Kendra Erwin, Jacob Campbell, Lawrence (Boo) Erwin, and Keagen Erwin all of Taylorville; brothers: Marion Erwin (Kim) of Atwood, Tony Erwin of Arcola, Roy Sims Jr. of Kentucky, and Jim Huddlestun of Lincoln; and sisters: Shelia Winebarger (Sims) of Kentucky and Regina Fugate of Kentucky. She was born on January 23, 1947 in Taylorville, the daughter of Charles and Dorothy (Durbin) Crowder.
